poor internet connection, uncomfortable bed mattress, air conditioning cold is not working, poor entrance tiny door, morning reception staff has an attitude (Reda) with no smile, no greeting..I believe she should work in hospitality job !!

- The family room is too small for a family.

- The family room is too small for a family. - Varieties of breakfast is not much. - I paid extra LE 60 for one of my children, which is funny as when I was making the reservation I mentioned that I have 2 kids & their ages & I paid the amount mentioned by Booking. Why I paid this extra amount????

I grow up in San Stefano (1953 - 1978) it is part of my history. I came to rememer my happy days

Location . Smiling staff specially in the dining room.

Visiting hours for old residents . Maintenance, the plumber tried to convince me that the leaking shower floor is normal using the well known Egyptian فهلوة. The follow up of Room Cleaners needs stronger leadership and supervision. The girls spend 5 minutes in the room. برضه فهلوة Setting area in the room needs uplifting and needs side tables and more.

no outdoor sitting area. tv has very poor and very few channels ( for example only one channel in english),room was very small,variaty of food presented at buffet breakfast but taste was not good .

I booked this hotel but didnt chk in as on line they booked in 70 $ but when i went for cjeck in they asked for 75 $ more , so didnt chk in , the staff at reception was inresponsive

Cheating us by booking.com by posting fake pictures

We booked the based on the picture posted in your web. But when we enter the hotel premises we were shocked as the ambiance was not the one which is been posted in your webpage for plaza hotel. 3rd and 4th of May we were staying in tolip hotel which was amazing experience and in fact we pay more than what we paid in tolip here in plaza . But it’s horriable stay which we never experienced in our life.

Water nettles are not included the room rate and it is a shame, small room for a family of 4 Pearson.

Decent but way too expensive

The position is ideal for business and accessibility, great sea view.

Very expensive, for that price you would expect a much better quality of rooms and services. Rooms are not very well insulated from noise from outside, not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

Very poor Hotel in every way

Staff at check-in were VERY unhappy and did NOT show any helpfulness The bed was VERY hard I had to clean my teeth in the shower Air cooling system was very loud and if you switched it off it stayed on!!!!!!! Internet always dropped out Pillows was hard to lay on Room had no view except the wall Some parts of the hotel was VERY run down Did not take the chance eating in the hotel
